Hearing Admin Manager

Our Hearing Admin Manager Gemma joined us in September 2023.

She is the friendly voice at the end of the phone that will help you with your hearing needs. As an organiser and administrator, her role includes responding to enquiries, booking appointments and following up with clients, as well as various other administrative tasks.

Gemma has a background in both health and social care and business administration

She has an Advanced GNVQ in Health and Social Care, a City and Guilds Licentiateship Award in Social Care Practice and a BSc (Hons) in Social Care Studies. She has worked in the health and social care Industry for over 20 years as a community home caregiver and as a housing and support worker and team leader in supported living.

Gemma has also managed independent direct selling businesses since 2017 where she has gained valuable experience in customer service, office administration, sales and marketing.
