How to find our customer parking

For our hearing aid client’s who need a repair:

Please drop off your hearing aids to our clinic in Wharf street at your earliest convenience. 

Our clinic opening hours for drop off and collection are: 9-5 Mon, Wed & Thurs, 9-6 Tues, 9-1 Fri

(hearing aids can also be dropped off by a relative, or sent in the post (recorded delivery))

We will then take a look ASAP and contact you to let you know when your hearing aid/s will be ready for collection, or if it needs to be sent for repair.

If you need a fine-tune or alteration of your hearing aids, please book a follow up appointment.

Wax Removal

Due to high demand there may be a longer than usual wait time for a wax removal appointment with us currently. We do, however, have a cancellation list should you wish us to call you back if an earlier appointment becomes available. We will also be adding more wax removal clinics to accommodate the rising demand from November once our new clinician is trained. To be added to our cancellation list please email us at admin@tjaudiology.com or let our reception team know on 01635 745026. (Should a cancellation become available then our Administrator Gemma will call you on 07783771518)

Please Note: If you book your appointment whilst you are visiting another country the time difference will affect the booking time.
