Our Senior Audiology Assistant Sandra Joined us in August 2025.

Sandra is a cheerful and caring person, as well as a dedicated audiology professional with over 20 years of experience of helping people improve their hearing.

Her career began in 1999 at Hidden Hearing Portugal, where she held various positions, including customer support, logistics and conducted hearing aid fittings for about ten years. Subsequently, she joined MINISOM, now a globally recognized AMPLIFON brand, where she continued to work as a hearing aid specialist for nine years before moving to the United Kingdom.

To strengthen her knowledge, she completed the Siemens Hearing Aid Retail Training Course in 2021 in Germany, and also the BSA-accredited Basic Audiometry and Tympanometry course in February 2024 and Wax Removal (Aural) Care certification in September 2024 in the UK with TJ Audiology Training.

Since moving to Newbury, she has also expanded her expertise through roles at Sonic Laboratories before joining us at Tracy James Hearing as a Senior Audiology Assistant - a position she proudly holds today. 

Her responsibilities include supporting customers, performing high-quality wax removal, checking and cleaning hearing aids, conducting hearing tests, and applying advanced hearing care techniques to ensure the highest standards of service.

Sandra’s qualifications, combined with her hands-on experience, allow her to deliver exceptional care with empathy, precision, and professionalism.

She is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives by helping them reconnect with the world through better hearing.
