Hearing aids can be dropped off and collected at the clinic by yourself or a family member (or posted to us by recorded delivery)

6 monthly clean & checks are recommended to maintain your hearing aids preventing the need for repairs

We will then take a look as soon as we can and contact you to let you know when your hearing aid/s are ready to collect, or if they need to be sent for repair. (manufacturers cost of repair not included)

Please note: this is not a sit-down appointment and is for drop-off only. If you want a sit-down appointment, need a fine-tune or alteration of your hearing aids settings, have questions about the aids, or have concerns that your hearing has changed - please let us know in reply to this email and we will offer you a dedicated face to face follow up appointment.
